TrayGames lives on your desktop and is always available to you. If you are familiar with instant message
clients like AIM or MSN Messenger you understand the idea, but TrayGames is much more than this.
TrayGames is a multi-player game network with chat features, not an instant message program with games tacked on
later. We built from the ground up to provide you with a better experience.
In addition to the familiar buddy-list interface, the TrayGames client gives you access to Lobbies. These
chat rooms are arranged by subject matter and allow you to find people interested in playing the game you want
to play. As our community expands we will add more lobbies and provide premium members with the ability to create
their own topics.
On the left side of the main client window is a Games list. The first time you
run the client it will be open, but you can open and close it any time with the arrow on the tab. This list lets
you see what games are currently available, and add them with a single click. Just click the Download button
and the client for that game will be available to you in minutes or even seconds.
There are several ways to play games on TrayGames. You can play a game right now with a group of live people,
you can participate in a game with thousands of other players simultaneously at set times (like Spell Combat),
or you can play turn-based games a few minutes at a time every day (not yet available).
Games like Spell Combat are played on a schedule with thousands of players. You can compete against the game and the
world, seeing your score as it happens. Traditional multi-player games like card and board games, as well as exciting
new games created especially for TrayGames, can be played any time with friends or people you meet in the lobbies.
What kind of games do you want to play? Is there a game you really would love to play with your friends on
TrayGames? Let us know.
Get connected and have some fun. That's what we're all about at TrayGames. We'll see you online!
