What's New at TrayGames?
In addition to this list of new features, you can also see a list of recent and
upcoming bug fixes.
TrayGames now works with the MSN Messenger service! Connect to your
MSN friends from your TrayGames Client (configure it in
preferences). Bring them over to the TrayGames client where you can play games!
Full Windows Vista compatibility.
Improved profile editing and avatar selection. Click on your player avatar in the TrayGames client, or log in to view.
Directly invite members to your buddy list while viewing their profile on the TrayGames web site
Improved ladders now include player avatars and more stats.
Laser Chess
, Now available! Watch the preview video, and
learn how to play.
Outbreak Improvement. You can turn pieces by pressing the space
bar while dragging. Some users should find this easier to do than
pressing the second mouse button while dragging a piece.
You may notice some minor changes related to upcoming integration with MSN
Messenger and Jabber/Google Talk. No major changes yet.

Big Two
(Choh Dai Di), new version.
Presence Updates. You can now set your presence manually, making
use of busy, be right back, etc.
User Profiles. You can view a quick 'contact card' with
information about a member, or click through to a web page with their detailed
profile.
Hide Offline Friends. Friends and Friends of Friends lists can
be set to hide members who are currently offline. Comes in handy when the
lists get long.
Other Recent Additions
Auto Matching! The auto-match feature in the 'Play'
box is now active. Simply pick any multi-player game and choose Auto-Matching,
you will be placed into a waiting area to wait for other players, or you will automatically
join players that are already there. Now finding someone to play with is much
simpler. Learn more.
Ladders. With the introduction of our SkillRank system we now have
leader boards and ladders for most games, more coming soon.
Chess.
Outbreak Improvement. Outbreak now shows hints on
legal places to put the piece you are holding. This makes this great game
much easier to learn, give it a try!
Free Ride Poker.
Rich Text in Lobbies. Your personal settings for chat text are now
used in Lobbies as well as in chat. The number of options for formatting has
also increased.
Voice Friends! If you have the Skype chat client installed on the same computer
as the TrayGames Manager you can now see your friends status and launch chat directly.
This is the first step in making it simple for you to voice chat with friends while

View Chat History. If you have recording of chat turned on in your
preferences you can easily
review chat sessions now by using the hot link in the chat dialog, or the item in
the context menu on the buddy list.

Friends of Friends! Expand your horizons and meet new people with the
new FoF feature. You will find this in your TrayGames Manager as part of your
buddy list. Look for the grouping labeled "Friends of Friends" and
expand it.
Context menu for people in lobbies. You can now right-click people
listed in the lobbies and do things like get their user profile or begin a one-on-one
chat so you can launch a game with them.

Get instant feedback on launching a game. You will see a small graphic appear
the moment you launch a game and it will go away as the client makes contact with
the game server to launch your group for play.

Chat Logging
You now have the option of logging all your chat traffic (one on one and small
groups, but not lobbies). If you have chat logging enabled you will also see
the last few lines of your conversation from the last time you chatted to that person
when you start a new chat session. You will also have the option of viewing
any conversations you've had in the past 30 days. To enable chat logging change
your Preferences from
the tray icon.
Play Box
The new 'Play Box' feature shows you a list of options when you launch a multi-player
game directly from the TrayGames Manager.
