Joining Lobbies
Lobbies are public meeting places. In here youll find chat rooms where you can meet people, talk about specific games, get technical support, find new players to play a game with, and so on. It's fun and easy, so get into the lobbies and give it a try. The standard set includes the General and Looking To Play lobbies.
You don't create these meeting places, they are provided by TrayGames and they are always there for you to join. When you join one any chat text from any member of the Lobby will appear in your Lobby window. Also anything you type will appear in all of their windows. To join click on the Lobby button in the TrayGames Manager. This will start the Lobby Plugin. The home page of the Lobby Plugin window will show a list of the available lobbies and everyone that is currently in them:
You can join any Lobby by selecting it and clicking the Join button. For example, the screenshot below shows the Lobby Plugin after I have joined the Games Lobby and typed a message (which everyone will see):
At the top of the Lobby Plugin window there are tabs for each Lobby you've entered into. You can switch between the different lobbies you've joined by clicking on the appropriate tab. At the bottom of the window there are two buttons:
Join - Allows you to join the selected Lobby. A message will be sent to everyone in the Lobby that you have joined.
Leave - Allows you to leave the selected Lobby. A message will be sent to everyone in the Lobby that you have left.
There are also some standard buttons in the caption bar:
Help - Clicking this button brings up this page in a browser, so if you need to get back to this page quickly, then thats the easiest way to do it.
Minimize - Minimize the Lobby Plugin window to the taskbar, you remain in any lobbies you have joined.
Exit - Closes the Lobby Plugin window and removes you from all lobbies.

If you're in a Lobby and someone is annoying you or offends you can block them from talking to you. To do this right-click on their name in the people list, and select the Block option. Once you do this the person will be added to your blocked list and you'll never hear from them again. Of course if you want to hear from them again, you can always Unblock them. You may leave any Lobby at any time by clicking the Leave button, or by closing the Lobby Plugin. Click here to learn more about the other Context Menu options.
That's all there is to participating in a Lobby- have fun!
